NDS Increases Focus on Advanced Advertising Solutions in Asia Pacific

Hong Kong, 04.08.2010 - NDS, the leading provider of technology solutions for digital pay-TV, today announced an increased focus on advanced advertising solutions in the Asia Pacific region, reinforced by the appointment of Darryn Rodricks as Director, Advertising Solutions, Asia Pacific.

The NDS suite of advanced advertising solutions, NDS Dynamic™, enables TV operators to manage, deliver and execute advanced and interactive advertising campaigns to improve their existing advertising sales and develop new advertising revenue streams; all reinforced by accurate viewing analysis for programmers. The NDS Dynamic suite has three solutions, audience measurement, addressable advertising and interactive advertising.


In this new role, Darryn will be responsible for the positioning and sale of NDS’ advanced advertising solutions to major advertisers, advertising agencies, content providers and pay-TV operators across the Asia Pacific region. Darryn is a seasoned advertising industry professional with 17 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region. For the previous nine years he held the position of Vice President of Integrated Sales and Marketing with STAR TV based in their Hong Kong office. In his role with STAR TV, Darryn was responsible for running large integrated marketing campaigns across the region for STAR TV clients.
