Russia's Pakt Selects NDS End-to-End Videoguard Express Solution to Bring Digital Cable TV to St. Petersburg

Amsterdam, Netherlands – IBC, Stand 1.A71 – September 9, 2010 - NDS, the leading provider of technology solutions for digital pay-TV, today announced that PAKT, a cable Pay TV provider in St Petersburg, Russia, has selected NDS VideoGuard Express™ to protect and power its digital cable service. PAKT currently has 70 000 analogue subscribers and is now investing in digital technology to bring an enhanced TV service to their viewers.
